Love the smell of bacon in the morning? Or the aroma of pulled pork coming off a slow-cooker? This bundle provides the equivalent of 1/4 of a whole hog with a diversity of cuts. The bundle includes two smoked products: sliced, smoked ham and smoked bacon. There are also some good grill options including shoulder steaks (one of our favorite steak cuts) and pork chops.

At Blackburn Fork Farm, our commitment to nutrient-dense, healthy food means we put quality and health above anything else. Our heritage, pasture and forest-based pork is not the other white meat. If you are used to grocery store pork, you will be surprised by the difference in both color and flavor.

3 x (~1.75 lb pkgs.) Smoked, Sliced Ham
3 x (1 lb pkgs.) Mild Pork Sausage
3 x (1 lb pkgs.) Unseasoned Ground Pork
2 x (4 cuts/pkgs) Pork Chops
1 x (~4.5 lb pkg.) Boston Butt
2 x (~2 lb pkgs.) Shoulder Steaks

Every 1/4 Pork Bundle is at least 28 lbs. Occasionally we may run low on certain cuts, but we always replace with equal or greater value products.
