Our chorizo sausage is not spicy (hot). Our 1 lb chub sausage is perfect for soups, tacos, and pasta dishes. Our handmade small links are quick-cooks that can be added to any breakfast as well as added to cooked charcuterie plates and grills.

All our sausage is MSG-Free and made from our heritage, pastured pigs fed without corn and soy. Our standards produce higher quality meat with lower unsaturated fats and higher healthy saturated fats than standard pork. It's pork raised right.
