Roman-inspired salami with Pinot Grigio and red pepper. Our salami is pasture-aged in the southern limestone valleys of Appalachia. No nitrates or nitrites are added. Non-GMO. No added hormones, no antibiotics. Our pork was raised without corn or soybeans.
